  1. A Christmas Evening with Stoll Veterans

Everyone loves carols and, if you want to join in some festive singing while donating to a worthwhile cause, join Stoll for an evening of carols and readings on 7th December in the beautiful setting of St Paul’s Church, Knightsbridge.

During the service, the St. Paul’s choir will perform carols and also help to lead the congregation. The evening will also include performances from The Band Of The Welsh Guards, a choir of Stoll staff and Veterans and more.

A carol concert is the perfect end to the year, not to only celebrate the festive season but to have a few moments of reflection and thanks. We would love to see you all there, so make sure you get your vocal cords ready for some carol singing and grab yourself a ticket!

After the concert please join us for a festive reception of mulled wine and mince pies – the perfect event to get you into the Christmas spirit!

Tickets cost £15 including refreshments and £3 Veteran admission. For more information contact the fundraising department –

How this event is supporting Veterans at Stoll

All proceeds from the evening will be used by the charity to help provide housing and other support to homeless and disabled Veterans. Stoll is the leading provider of supported housing to vulnerable Veterans and our work enables ex-Servicemen and women to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

  2. Festive Afternoon Tea in Belfast with Muscular Dystrophy UK

    For more information

Join us for a Festive Afternoon Tea in Belfast.

    EVENT DATE:                                                    LOCATION:

    8 DECEMBER 2017                                              MENCAP CENTRE, 5 SCHOOL ROAD, NEWTONWBREDA, BELFAST, BT8 6BT

There isn’t an agenda for the event – it is simply an opportunity to enjoy some afternoon tea and a chat. There will be a member of Muscular Dystrophy UK staff present as well as local peer support volunteers. There will also be an opportunity to meet the new adult neuromuscular nurse specialist with Belfast Trust.

The event is for anyone affected directly or indirectly by a muscle-wasting condition. These meetings are a great way to get involved, meet people and families in your local area affected by muscular dystrophy or a related neuromuscular condition and to share information and advice. New members are always welcome.

When confirming your attendance, please do let us know of any dietary requirements. The venue is wheelchair accessible and parking is available. A changing places toilet is located on site.

To book your place please contact Demelza on 07801047977 or by email at d.stuart@musculardystrophyuk.org
